본 연구는 원가족 분화 경험과 부부친밀감이 임신 중 우울과 어떤 관련성을 보이는지 살펴 보고, 원가족 분화 경험과 임신 중 우울의 관계에서 부부친밀감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하 였으며, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 상담 개입 방안이 무엇인지 제시하였다. 이러한 목적 으로 고양시에서 개최된 출산 박람회에 참석한 20대에서 40대 임산부 243명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석 결과 원가족 분화와 임신 중 우울은 유의미한 정적상관을, 원가족 분화와 부부친밀감, 부부친밀감과 임신 중 우울 은 유의미한 역상관을 나타냈다. 단 원가족 분화 경험의 하위요인 중 하나인 삼각화는 부부 친밀감과 상관이 없다는 결과가 나왔다. 둘째, 원가족 분화 경험과 임신 중 우울의 관계에서 부부친밀감의 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 이는 원가족 분화가 임신 중 우울에 직접적인 영향 을 미치면서, 간접적으로도 부부친밀감을 통해 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 원가 족 분화 경험과 임신 중 우울의 관계에서 부부친밀감의 역할을 확인함으로써, 원가족 분화가 임신 중 우울에 이르는 과정을 세부적으로 밝혔다. 이러한 결과는 임신 중 우울을 호소하는 임산부의 치료적 개입에 있어 부부친밀감 향상이 중요할 수 있음을 시사한다.
The purpose of this study was to identify whether prepartum depression has any relations to family-of-origin differentiation experiences and marital intimacy and to verify mediator effects of marital intimacy in relations with the family-of-origin differentiation and prepartum depression. The subjects for the study were total 243 pregnant women, from 20's to 40's in Go-yang city. The major results are derived this study were as follows:First, there was a significant positive correlation between family-of-origin differentiation and pretpartum depression. However, there were negatively correlated with family-of-origin differentiation, marital intimacy and prepartum depression. Second, the most significant outcome is that it statistically showed partial mediating effects in marital intimacy in relation to family-of-origin differentiation and prepartum depression. It means that the family-of-origin differentiation had a direct effect on the prepartum depression and indirect effect through the marital intimacy.It technically declared the process that the family-of-origin differentiation ends to prepartum depression by confirming the mediating effects of the marital intimacy in relations with the family-of-origin differentiation and prepartum depression. It is the result suggested that it would highly deasl with the marital intimacy in therapeutic interventions for those suffering from prepartum depression. Finally, it discussed the purpose and limitations of this study and proposition for further studies from which it is said.
