This study intended to apprehend the satisfaction degree on training services by analyzing the quality of
training services of vocation (adjustment) training organizations in order to activate the employment of
people with disabilities. As qualities of training services, materiality, accessibility, sympathy, and reliability
were placed. Effect which each of them has on satisfaction of training services was examined. Especially,
the study grasped differences by organization to provide vocation (adjustment) training to the disabled.
Based on them, it has a final goal to smooth the conversion into their employment by heightening the
quality of training services and enhancing the satisfaction degree of trainees.
Objects to participate in this study are 142 people, and the study result is like the next. When points
about each service quality were apprehended by a five-point Likert scale, the response rate near 4 points
was represented to be high. As service qualities with the greatest influence on training service satisfaction
were reliability, sympathy, and materiality in order. But, accessibility was shown not to influence it. Also,
there were differences by organization to provide vocation (adjustment) training. In case of Korea Research
Institute for Vocational Education and Training, it showed a high score compared with other organizations
in each service quality.
