The admission process affects the characteristic and the quality of the
questions in art teachers' selection, so it is necessary to improve that. This study
focuses on the secondary art teachers' training and admission process in France.
For this study, I successively examine the korean admission process and the type
of the questions, the french system of teacher-training(IUFM), admission
examination(CAPES and AGREGATION), the admission process including the
process of the admissibility and of the admission, the type of the questions, the
examination hours, the examiner and the marker, and then the school experience
after the admission examination. This study analyses the characteristic and
implication of the admission process in France. I especially take attention how the
admission process can be allowed as it guarantees the quality of questions.
