주의력결핍과잉행동장애 질문지형 평가도구의 진단변별력에 관한 연구 Ⅱ

본 연구는 특수교육 현장에서 흔히 사용되어 지고 있는 ADHD 질문지형 평가도구인 DSM-Ⅳ-TR의 진단 준거, 교사용 종합 평정 척도, 코너스 교사평정척도 개정판, 축약형 질문지, 학교상황질문지 개 정판, 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 평정척도, WWP 활동평정척도, 코너스 부모평정척도 개정판, 가정상 황질문지 개정판 에 대한 진단변별력을 살펴보고자 광주광역시에 소재한 장애전담 어린이집에 재원 중이고, ADHD 질문지 평가도구 사용에 관한 연수를 받은 교사가 ADHD로 의심된다고 추천한 6명 의 아동(남자 아동 6명)을 대상으로 각각의 진단도구를 적용하여 진단도구의 변별력을 알아보았다. 연구결과, DSM-Ⅳ-TR의 진단 준거, 코너스 교사평정척도 개정판, 축약형 질문지, 주의력결핍 과잉행 동장애 평정척도, WWP 활동평정척도, 가정상황질문지 개정판 진단도구는 ADHD를 적절하게 변별해 주는 반면, 교사용 종합 평정 척도, 학교상황질문지 개정판, 코너스 부모평정척도 개정판은 ADHD 변별하는데 불안정한 것으로 나타났다.

영문초록

The study analyzed the determinant power of the diagnosis tool for 6 children (6 boys) who were recommended with suspicion of ADHD by the teacher who is working in the children's home for handicapped located in Gwangju city and trained for the use of the ADHD questionnaire evaluation tool with application of respective diagnosis tools to look into the diagnosis determinant power for DSM-Ⅳ-TR diagnosis standard, the ADD-H Comprehensive Teacher's Rating Scale, Conners Teacher Rating Scale-Revision, Conners Parents Rating Scale-Revision, Abbreviated Symptom Questionnaire, School Situation Questionnaire- Revision, Home Situation Questionnaire-Revision, ADHD Rating Scale, Werry-Weiss-Peters Activity Rating Scale which are the questionnaire style evaluation tool for ADHD frequently adopted in the fields of education for the handicapped. The results from the study showed that the ADD-H Comprehensive Teacher's Rating Scale, School Situation Questionnaire-Revision, Conners Parents Rating Scale-Revision was not appropriate. The results from the study showed that the diagnosis tools are not consistent in their results. There was limitation of small group for research but it showed that the ADD-H Comprehensive Teacher's Rating Scale, School Situation Questionnaire-Revision, Conners Parents Rating Scale-Revision was not appropriate for determining the ADHD significantly.
