본 연구는 효율적인 스포츠과학 지원체계 구축을 위해 스포츠과학 지원 현황 및 문제점을 분석하여 지역 스포츠과학 혁신센터 의 운영방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 진천훈련원에 2011년에 입소한 6개 종목의 지도자 25명과 선수 150명을 대상 으로 스포츠과학 지원 필요성 인식도와 스포츠과학 지원 실태를 알아보았다. 또한 지도자 25명과 스포츠과학 전문 연구 인력 5명 및 진천훈련원 담당자를 대상으로 개방형 설문지 및 면접 조사를 이용하여 스포츠과학 지원의 문제점을 분석하고 지역 스포츠과 학 혁신센터의 구축에 대해 논의하였다. 그 결과 스포츠과학 지원이 예산과 전문 인력의 부족으로 일부 종목에만 한정되어 이루 어지고 있으며, 체력 및 심리적 진단, 연구 인력의 현장지원, 스포츠과학 교실 지원 등 전반적인 분야에 걸쳐 스포츠과학 지원이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 인적·물적 풀을 갖춘 지역 협력 시스템(RSIC)이 체육과학연구원과 진천훈련원의 스포츠과학 전문가, 연구, 교육을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있을 것이라고 제안한다.
In order to support scientific training for Jincheon National Athlete Training Camp(JNATC) this study was to investigate present state(2011) of sports-science supports nationally, and suggest implementation of Regional Sport-Science Innova- tion Center(RSIC) linked with KISS. To achieve the purpose of this study, the followings were surveyed(25 coaches, 150 players): national sports-science supports(equipments, specialists, and sports-science class) and roles and specific contents of RSIC were suggested by interview and survey of coach, players, staff of JNATC, and researchers of KISS. As a result, the supports of sports-science were limited to some sport events due to lack of support budget and experts, and sports-science supports were lacked. Therefore, this study may suggest that the cooperation system(RSIC) with the expert resource pool and equipment/facilities pool supports efficiently the sport-science expert, research, and education with KISS and JNATC.
