국문초록

최근 다양한 정보화 사회에서 살아가고 있는 간호대상 자는 복합적인 건강문제를 지니고 있으며 즉각적인 문제 해결을 요구하고 있고, 교육수준의 향상으로 간호서비스 를 제공하는 간호사에 대한 기대가 높아지고 있는 실정 이다(Chung, & Lee, 2010). 간호실무에서 요구하는 일 정수준의 간호수행능력을 갖춘 간호사의 양성을 위해서 는 지식, 기술 및 태도가 연계된 시뮬레이션을 활용한 교육방법을 시도해야한다(Lee, Cho, Yang, Roh, & Lee, 2009). 시뮬레이션 학습방법은 간호학생들이 기본적인 지식과 실무능력을 능동적으로 학습할 수 있도록 최근에는 간호 교육에 시뮬레이션이 활용되고 있으며 간호학생들이 교수자 중심의 학습방법에서 벗어나 수업시간의 대부분을 간호학생 스스로 활동을 통해 문제를 해결하도록 하는 것에 중점을 둔다(Kang, Choi, & Kim, 2013).

영문초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the simulation learning experiences of undergraduate nursing students. It's basically meant to provide some information on how to boost their will to learn to raise their learning efficiency. Method: The collected data were analyzed by Giorgi's phenomenological analysis method. Data were gathered from October 10, 2011, to November 10, 2012, by using nonstructured and open-ended questions, by having in-depth interviews, by making an observation and by letting the students write reflective essays. Result: As a result, there appeared 4 core meanings and 11 themes 1. Expectations for new learning methods 2. Burden about role-playing activities 3. Joyful hands-on learning 4. Becoming one through cooperative learning. Conclusion: As for the stimulation learning experiences of the undergraduate nursing students, they faced pressure about role-playing activities, but started to take lessons with expectations for the new learning methods. They became one through cooperative learning and thereby experienced delightful hands-on learning. Given the findings of the study, the development of diverse learning scenarios and efficient implementation strategies is required to guarantee the efficiency of simulation learning
