The purpose of this study is contribute to maximizing profits of hotel
in Kyongju area by verifing how much these factor affect the intention
of hotel-revisit through reviewing the demographic characteristics of the
guest.
To analyze the data collected from 216 respondents in Kyongju Korea,
the several statistical methods were used including frequency analysis,
reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis.
The empirical results and implication are as follow :
First, Major hotel guest in this area were family typed travelers who
are 20-39 years old,
Second, the analysis for the relation between trust and immersion
was the trust affects on immersion.
Third, the analysis for the relation between trust and intention of
hotel-revisit was the trust affects the intention of hotel-revisit.
Fourth, the analysis for the relation between immersion and intention
of hotel-revisit was the immersion affects on the intention of
hotel-revisit.
At the conclusion, the hotel managements in Kyongju area should try
to use proper strategies considering the above results.
