This research is what analysed contents of learning coaching programs which objected domestic
university students. This is for providing basic data to making new learning coaching programs for
university students and giving understandings and help about present condition of presently developed
programs. I analysed contents and form of 11 programs which were collected by searching mainly in
domestic academic journals from RISS and KISS, developed in 2005 to 2014 Oct. In 11 programs,
there was 2 programs composed with 10 sessions, 4 ones lesser than 10 sessions, 5 ones more than
10 sessions, most of them are composed in about 10 sessions. It appeared that the study
management tactics were great importance in learning coaching programs, and generating goal and
time management, self understanding, class management tactics, test management tactics, improving
academic motivation followed as sequence. Finally limitations of the current study and
recommendations for further research discussed.
