People experience diverse life stress and emotions negatively through a whole life. These life stress and negative emotions have an effect on physical symptoms, but it is not clear how life stress, and negative emotions have an effect on physical symptoms. So the present study investigated the relations among life stress, negative emotions, and physical symptoms in people who are seeking a job, and testified the mediation effect of negative emotional experience between life stress and physical symptoms. The major findings in the present study included: (1) As predicted, life stress (e.g., financial difficulty, environmental difficulty, transportation), and negative emotions (anger, depression, anxiety) have an effect significantly on health; (2) there was a partial mediation effect of negative emotional experience between life stress and physical symptoms. Finally, the present findings were discussed with previous studies, and the limitations and implications for future studies are suggested.
