Improved living standard and medical care have resulted an increase of elderly population. In spite of rapid growth of older population in Korea, service policies and politics have not met the need of the society. Above all those problems,\'Non-health issues\"of the aged is expected to raise more serious problems. Many of ill elderly people tend to keep their illness untreated. Health and Medical service can try to solve problems in many ways, but We propose the following ways for development. At First, Goverment should give priority to the health care and the medical examination projects. Secondly, A countermeasure for persons with dementia is useful with home care service. Thirdly, a formal program for traning special nursing personal for bedstead and dementious elderly should be established under the supervisons of the central government.
