The design of teaching-learning is a plan of actual classes in school what teachers and learners do. This is a very basic class management, however, it is reality dealed inattentively in an educational graduate school. Therefore, it is difficult to expect good classes without art teaching-learning basic design. They do have an art education class with skills-centered, but it is not managed by teaching-learning design with an actual field class. The necessity of an art teaching-learning design is that we need a class design for an effective, valuable contents with sudden changes of society. Secondly, we choose and applicate a class for appropriate chapters and materials. Thirdly, we make a precise plan to overcome the errors and failures before the teaching-learning practice. We come up with our actual and practical comments, not to receive the foreign theories unconditionally. Besides, we establish our own art education theories of traditional art with an active research. For the success of art class in school, there should be specific teaching-learning plans for an efficient art class. It is a preparation of class and teaching materials study with complete plans for the learners\' achievement.
