중학생의 성장신념 영향요인 분석: 혁신학교와 일반학교의 차이를 중심으로

본 연구는 초등교사의 ‘좋은 교사’에 대한 인식구조를 파악하기 위하여 127명의 초등교사들이 인식하는 ‘좋은 교사’에 대한 인식내용을 의미연결망 분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 근접중심성, 매개중심성, 아이겐벡터 중심성을 모두 고려했을 때, 좋은 교사에대한 인식구조에서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 단어는 ‘학생’으로 나타나 초등교사들이 생각하는 ‘좋은교사’에 대한 인식 중심에 ‘학생’이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 학생과 관련하여 행해지는 일련의교수 및 지도 행위와... -
