Effect of a sulfhydryl reagent, p-chloromercuribenzoic acid (PCMB), on the transport of succinate was studied in brush border (BBMV) and basolateral (BLMV) membrane vesicles isolated from rabbit renal cortex. PCMB induced an irreversible inhibition of the Na+-dependent succinate uptake in a dose-dependent manner with IC50 of 55 and 65 μM in BBMV and BLMV, respectively. 상악 구치부는 하악이나 상악 전치부에 비하여 피질골이 얇고 대 부분 망상골로 구성되어 임플란트 식립시초기 고정을 얻기 어려운 경우가 많고, 상악동내의 공기압 상승으로 함기화(pneumatization) 현상이 나타난다. 또한, 치아 상실후 생리적으로 진행되는 치조골의 빠른 흡수로 임플란트를 식립할 충분한 수직 골고경을 갖지 못하는 경우가 많으며 type III, IV의 골질이 많고 연령이 증가함에 따라 층판골의 밀도가 낮아져 골 임플란트 접촉면이 감소하므로 골 유착이 지연되고 교합력에도 취약하다. -
