체육교사학습공동체 참여 양상 탐색

본 연구의 목적은 체육교사의 교사학습공동체 참여 동기 및 양상을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 중등학교 체육교 사 2명과 초등학교 교사 2명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 심층면담으로 자료를 수집하였다. Corbin & Strauss(2008)가 제 시한 개방-축-선택 코딩 기법을 활용하여 분석한 결과 세 가지의 범주가 생성되었다. 첫째, 교사들은 수업 개선을 위한 실질 적 지식의 습득을 위해서 교사학습공동체에 참여하는 것으로 나타났으며, 물리적 거리 및 기존 구성원과의 유대 관계 형성 이 가입 과정에서 겪는 어려움으로 나타났다.... -
