The effect of Acibenzolar-S-methyl (ASM) and Rahnella aquatilis Ra39 against apple fire blight disease caused by Erwinia amylovora were tested as a possible alternative to streptomycin. In vitro studies, no inhibition effect against the pathogen was found when ASM was tested. Under greenhouse conditions, application of R. aquatilis Ra39 with the highly susceptible M26 rootstock resulted in a marked disease suppression. 서론 : 본 연구는 무작위 대조군 실험(Randomized control trial: 이하 RCT) 연구에서 치료의향분석(Intention-to-treat analysis)의 올바른 활용에 대해서 고찰하고자 한다. 본론 : 치료의향분석은 RCT 연구에서 무작위 분배 이후에 모든 대상자의 데이터를 결과에 포함하는 분석방법이다. 본 연구는 여성노인 21명을 통제집단 7명, 요가운동 집단 7명, 밴드운동 집단 7명으로 무선배정하여 주 3회 1회 60분의 방법으 로 각각의 운동을 12주간 실시하였다. 혈액검사는 운동전, 12주 후에 실시하여 혈중지질(TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), 염증지표(CRP, WBC, Fbrinogen), 노화호르몬(E2, DHEA-S)의 변화를 Two-way repeated ANOVA를 실시하여 검증하였다. 결과는 TG, LDL-C, DHEA-S는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, CRP, WBC, Estradiol은 집단간 차이는 나타나지 않았으나 시기에 있어 요가와 밴드 운동 집단만 저하되며 유의한... -
