The study shows researchers randomly divided twenty-one elderly women into the following 3 Groups such as Control
group(n=7), Yoga group(n=7), Band group(n=7). They made each group excercise 3 days a week for 12 weeks. Each round lasts
for an hour. We conducted blood test before and after exercising in order to observe the transition of Blood Lipid(TC, TG,
LDL-C, HDL-C), Inflamatory Makers(CRP, WBC, Fibrinogen), and Aging Hormone(E2, DHEA-S) by using the statistical method
called two-way repeated ANOVA. The analysis results of study show the index of TG, LDL-C, DHEA-S has no significant
difference. But among the other groups, CRP, WBC, and Estradiol don't show any difference, while the index of Yoga exercise
and Band exercise is decreased and shows difference depending on the period(p〈.05). And TC, HCL-C, Frinogen test has shown
a significant difference by both factors like the period(p〈.05) and interaction(p〈.05) ,so according to individual compare result,
TC, HDL-C test has no shown a significant difference by the group but TC is decreased among Yoga exercise and Band exercise
groups by the period and HDL-C is increased and shows a significant difference(p〈.05) among Band group.
