본 연구는 고혈압환자의 수축기혈압과 관련 있는 영향요인을 파악하여 고혈압 예방과 관리를 위한 기초를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구는 2014년도 시행된 제6기 2차년도 국민건강영양조사 대상자 7,550명 중 고혈압 의사진단여부에 명확하게 응답한 431명의 여성 노인 고혈압환자를 대상자로 하였 다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS 23.0프로그램으로 가중치를 부여한 복합표본을 형성한 후 실수와 백분율, t-test, 로지스틱회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. Conclusion: This study presented evidence that interventions for BMI and WC should be included in DM prevention programs.
