상호 자율성 척도 (MOA)는 대상 관계의 질을 평가하기 위해 가장 널리 사용되는 방법 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 로샤 검사 상에서 MOA와 다른 척도를 사용하여 정신과 입원 환자들을 대상으로 대상 관계의 수준, 정신 병리의 심각성 및 대처 방략 간의 관계와 대상 표상의 발달적 수준에 대해 알아보았다. 연구 대상은 경계선 성격 장애 환자 13명, 정신분열병 환자 14명, 주요 우울장애 14명, 총 41명으로 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 경계선 성격 장애 환자가 다른 두 집단에 비해 더 높은 MOA 척도 점수를 보였고, MOA 척도로 평가된...
