본 연구는 유치원, 어린이집 교사들의 설문 조사를 통해 직무 만족도 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하 고자 시도되었다. 직무만족도의 하위요인으로 교육경력, 교육경력과 직업만족도, 교직원과의 관계, 원장과의 관계 ,급여, 연수 참여 영역 등을 설정하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 교육경력과 관계 없이 부모와의 상호작용에 대한 애로점이 높게 나타났다(58%). 교육 경력이 오래될수록 직업에 대 한 만족도가 높았다 (p.001). 둘째, 교직원 관계 만족도에서는 유치원 어린이집에 근무하는 교사들이 학원에 근무하는 교사들에 비해... -
