이 연구는 유아들이 보이는 BGT 반응 수준과 지각적 특성이 연령과 성별에 따라 어떻게 나타나는지를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 충청북도 청주시에 소재한 유치원의 5세 학급 유아 101명(남아: 46명, 여아: 55명)을 연구 대상으로 하여 BGT 카드를 모사하도록 하였다.
