본 연구는 공인회계사의 직무만족과 직무몰입이 성격유형과 어떤 관련이 있는지 확인하기 위하여 아유르베다 성격유형을 사용하여 연구하였다. 연구 대상인 공인회계사의 아유르베다 성격유형 분포는 불체질인 삣따유형이 가장 많은 53.2%이고 다음으로 물체질인 까파유형, 공기체질인 바따유형의 순이었다. 삣따유형의 목표달성, 성취지향적 특성을 반영한 결과이다. 직무만족에서는 안정감을 중요시하는 까파유형, 직무몰입은 열정적인 삣따유형이 높은 평균점수와 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 아유르베다 성격유형은 정신적 성향만이... -
