세줄명아주노린재 (Piesma sp. B)를 동일한 조건(광주기 16L : 8D, 광도 510$pm$240lux, 상대습도 65$pm$3%)하에서 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 4$0^{circ}C$로 각각 조절되는 항온사육실에서 사육하여, 온도가 이 곤충의 발육에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 온도별 발육시간과 발육단계별 발육시간에 유의적인 차이를 인정할 수 있었다. 2. 15$^{circ}C$, 4$0^{circ}C$에서 난의 부화는 가능하였으나 제 2령으로의 탈피가 불가능하였으며, 발육한계온도는 3.4$^{circ}C$이었고, 고원발육한계온도는 47.33$^{circ}C$로서 광온성곤충이었다. 3. 성체가 되기까지의 온도별 총발육기간은 20, 25, 30, 35$^{circ}C$에서 각각 68.73, 37.86, 38.16, 31.68일로서 온도가 증가하면 발육기간은 감소되었다. 4. 발육단계별 발육기간은 난기가 제4, 5령 유충기를 제외한 어떤 발육단계보다 길었으며, 그 이외의 발육단계별 발육기간 간에는 차가 없었다. 5. 온도별 발육기간은 2$0^{circ}C$의 것이 25, 30, 35$^{circ}C$의 어느 온도군보다도 길었으며, 그 이외의 온도군 간에는 불균차가 인정되지 않았다. 6. 부화율은 2$0^{circ}C$에서 98%로 가장 높았으며, 25, 30, 35$^{circ}C$에서 각각 97, 93, 97%로서 온도군 간에는 차가 없었다. 7. 성체출현율은 2$0^{circ}C$에서 32%로 가장 높았으며, 25, 30, 35$^{circ}C$에서 각각 18, 15, 7%로 온도가 증가하면 감소하여 사망률이 온도증가에 비례하였다. 8. 자웅간 발육기간에는 유의차를 인정할 수 없었다.
The authors reared the ash-gray leaf bug, Piesma sp. B in the growth cabinet controlled as temperature groups of 15, 20, 25, 30, ,35, 40$^{circ}C$ under condition of photoperiod 16L: 8D, light intensity 510${pm}$2401ux, relative humidity 65${pm}$3%, and analyzed the effects of temperature on the development of the insect. The results are summarized as follows: 1. There are highly significant differences between the developmental periods for the temperature groups, and between the developmental periods for the developmental stages. 2. The egg in the temperature of 15 and 40$^{circ}C$ was hatched, but the ecdysis was impossible. The thermal threshold was 3.4$^{circ}C$ and the upper lethal temperature 47 33$^{circ}C$. 3. The total developmental periods of egg to adult in the temperature of 20, 25, 30 and ,35$^{circ}C$ are 68.73, 37.86, 38.16 and 31.68 days, respectively. That is, the developmental period was decreased, as the temperature was increased. 4. In the developmental period for the developmental stages, the developmental period of egg stage was longer than that of any stage except the fourth and the fifth larva stage. And there was not significant differences between the developmental periods for the other developmental stages. 5. In the developmental relied for the temperature, that of 20$^{circ}C$ was longer than that of 25, 30 and 35$^{circ}C$. But there was not significant differences between the developmental periods for the other temperature group. 6. The rate of hatch at 20$^{circ}C$ is the greatest value as 98%, and the rates of 25, 30 and 35$^{circ}C$ are 97, 93 and 97% respectively There was not significant differences between the rate of hatch for the temperature group. 7. The mortality in the temperature of 35$^{circ}C$ is the greatest value as 93%, and those of 30, 25 and 20$^{circ}C$ are 85, 82 and 68%, respectively That is, the mortality was increased, as the temperature was increased. 8. There was not significant differences between the developmental period of female and male.
