솔잎혹파리 (Thecodiplosis japonensis)의 발생과 변태에 따라 whole body에서 단백질 및 하이드로라아제의 pattern을 acrylamide gel 전기 영동법을 이용하여 분리한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 전 발생과 변태단계를 통하여 25개의 단백질 band가 분리, 확인되었다. 2. 각 발생단계 는 그들의 단백질 pattern상에 있어서 질적인 또는 양적인 변이를 보였으며 각 band의 농도가 있어서도 큰 변화를 보였다. 3. 조직화학적인 염색법에 의하여 복합단백질인 몇개의 glycoprotein과 lipoprotein band가 발생과정에 따라 확신되었다. 4. 그리고 leucinaminopeptidare, esterase, acid 및 alkaline phosphatase 등의 band들이 관찰되었는데 그들의 pattern상 역시 각 발생단계에 따라 특이하였다.
Whole body protein and hydrolase patterns of the pine needle gall midge, Thecodiplosis japonensis at various developmental stages from the adult were examined by means of acrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results obtained are as fellows; 1. A total of 25 protein bands have been identified throughout the stages. 2. Each developmental stage exhibited both qualitative and quantitative differences in their proteins, and great changes in concentration of each band were observed, too. 3. By means of histochemical staining methods, several glycoprotein and lipoprotein were detected during the development. 4. In addition, leucinaminopeptidase, esterase, acid and alkaline phosphatase bands also were found, and their patterns were spcific for each developmental stage.
