배추흰나비의 난소내에서 난황축적과정을 광학 및 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Proteid yolk는 제3기부터 관찰되기 시작하는데 micropinocytotic vesicle들이 서로 융합하여 형성되었다. 2. Proteid yolk는 제5기부터 변형되기 시작하여 제6기에서는 커다란 단일막성구형체를 형성하였다. 3. Lipid yolk와 glycogen particle은 역시 제3기부터 나타나기 시작하여 란이 성숙됨에 따라 수적으로 대단히 증가되었다. 4. 제3, 4기의 난모세포 외형질에는 Golgi complex가 많으며, 이중막성구형체와 annulate lamellae는 관련을 가지고 있었다. 5. 제3기부터 나타나는 작은 단백질성 과립은 Acid phosphatase에 양성으로 나타났다.
An observation of the Vitellogenesis of Pieris rapae L. has teen carried out using light and electron microscope. The results obtained through this experiment were as follows. 1. Proteid yolks fused together with micropinocytotic vesicles were observed in the oocyte at stage 3. 2. The contents of proteid yolks changes at stage 5 and at stage 6, large single-membraned sphere are formed. 3. Lipid yolks and glycongen particles initiate to appear at stage 3 and their numbers were observed to increase their numbers while the oocyte are ripening. 4. At stage 3 and 4, large number of Golgi complex were observed in oocyte exoplasm. And double-membraned spheres are related with annulate lamellae. 5. Acid phosphatase activity in small proteid granules (lysosome-like granules) observed at stage 3 strongly appears.
