Radiologic finding fo renal oncocytoma is characteristic; The tumor is relatively well circumscribed, homogeneous, and solid mass with central stellate fibrotic scar on CT and ultrasonography, and hypervascular mass with spoke-whee or pineapple-core appearance on angiography. We report a case of renal oncocytoma proven by the electron microscopic findings with review of the literatures.
