Peutz-Jeghers syndrome(PJS)은 상염색체 성유전으로 피부점막에 멜라닌 색소 과다 침착과 다발성 위장관의 폴립증( gastrointestinal polyposis)이 특징인 병으로 폴립에 의해 서 장중적증(intussusception)이 잘 발생한다 저자들은 PJS환자에서 발생한 장중적증을 2 예를 경험하였기에 방사선학적 소견을 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.
Peutz-leghers syndrome(PJS) is a relatively rare autosomal-dominant disease characterized by the occurrence of extensive mucocutaneous hyperpigmentation and gastrointestinal polyps. PJS patients are considered to have a high prevalence of intussusception due to polyps. We report the radiological findings in two cases of intussusception due to polyps in patients with PJS, and review the literature.
