Construction lift planning is a key factor for successful project completion in tall building construction. However, decision maker of construction lift planning have trouble to find optimal plan under complex and dynamic environment on-site. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose construction lift planning system for supporting planners to create an optimal plan based on the systematic and quantitative assessment for tall building construction. To verify the applicability of the proposed model, it was applied to an actual tall building construction project in Korea. In the result, the proposed model provides a more optimal construction lift plan that offered reduced cost than the existing plan in site, and reasonable durations and placements for each lift operation.
