Through a theoretical study on the Feng-shui and choosing auspicious days, the proper 3 factors of internal awareness, external awareness and Feng-shui were set up as an independent variable, and 3 hypotheses on internal awareness, external awareness and Feng-shui were established with a dependent variable of a psychological stability. The survey by questionnaire to verify the hypotheses was conducted for clients, construction managers, foremen, managers of partner companies, project managers of major construction companies in Busan, Ulsan and Gyungnam area. In result, 137 questionnaires were collected and finally 122 valid questionnaires were used for the analyses except poor and insincere questionnaires. This study performed a frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, one way ANOVA and multi-regression analysis, etc. by using the SPSS statistical technique of a statistical program. Finally, a measure that consists of 4 factors and 18 questions was developed through the repetition of factor analysis. The factors were composed of 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable, thereby a total of 24 questions were deducted in detail from the independent variables as many as 4 of internal awareness, 4 of external awareness and 5 of Feng-shui and from the dependent variables as many as 5 of psychological stability and 6 of general items. After going through the process of variable refinement with the factor analysis and reliability analysis, the correlation analysis, one way ANOVA and multi-regress analysis were taken as a new variable by calculating the other variables. The correlation analysis was paid attention under the level of an attention, and there was a perception difference by religion in the one way ANOVA but no perception difference by job position, by career, by educational background, by year of birth and by birthplace. In the multi-regress analysis, a hypothesis on the internal awareness and Feng-shui was adopted under the level of an attention, and then the external awareness was discarded. Therefore it is judged that internal awareness and Feng-shui affect a psychological stability.
