Korean government(Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs) has designated with total 596 Construction New Excellent Technology in 2009, but designation number of Construction New Excellent Technology of 2003 after was converted with decrement tendency. Also after 1999, Construction New Excellent Technology protective duration after that the relation law is changed, until 2005 year-end the first protective duration expiration ratio of designated Construction New Excellent Technology which is the actual condition which passes over 30%. In case, part of Construction New Excellent Technology from the construction site application cannot was occurred the problem where the first protective duration of updated technology which expires. Therefore, this research has proposed the rational improvement program preparation of the protective duration which considers a technical characteristics and construction site circumstance etc. Consequently 3 kind plan about rational improvement program of Construction New Excellent Technology protective duration was presented, the resultant Construction New Excellent Technology which analyzes a merit and demerit in 3rd plan which existence from 3 years to 5 years is most proper was judged. Also improvement leads and the Construction New Excellent Technology is expected with the fact that will be able to solve the problem was not applied in site.
