The purpose of this study is to better understand the effect of action observation on muscle activity. A total
of 32 participants were used in this study. Students were equally divided into two groups. Pretest measurements were
taken for all participants using an EMG. A 90-degree flexion exercise for biceps muscle activity was measured in Group
A after a three minutes video was observe in regards to proper behavior. Group B observed inappropriate behavior and
muscle activity was measured again. 1) A statistically significant difference (p<0.05) was discovered in the difference
between both groups when comparing before and after the experiment. 2) After being subjected to the appropriate
behavioral observation, the reduction in biceps muscle activity was statistically significant (p<0.05). 3) After being subjected
to the inappropriate behavioral observation, the biceps muscle activity was not statistically significant (p>0.05).
This researc conducted a comprehensive study to understand the proper behavior of the biceps muscle and how it
affects activity.
