본 고는 우리 사회, 기술, 경제, 환경, 정치 영역에서의 메가트랜드와 점점 다양해지는 요구와 특성을 가지고 있는 소수의 사람들이 사회변화를 이끌어가는 마이크로트랜드를 기반으로 미래 사회 변화를 예측해보고, 이를 바탕으로 미래 학습장애 교육의 과제와 전망을 제시하고자 한다. 현재 관찰되는 현상에 터하여 앞으로 펼쳐질 우리나라 학습장애 교육은 보편성과 특수성의 공존, 다양한 교육적 요구를 가진 학생들을 함께 살펴볼 수 있어야하며, 특수교육 서비스의 고도화(유러닝 환경지원, 학습장애 학생 개인 맞춤형 평가와 교육, 연구 기반 중재의 재개념화, 개발도상국 학습장애 학생을 위한 교육 공적개발원조)를 중심으로 디자인 될 수 있을 것이다.
In order to predict changes of the future society, this paper is to review mega- trends in the area of society, technology, economy, environment, and politics as well as micro-trends which has been created by people who have had increasingly diverse needs and characteristics. Based on this, we want to forecast the future changes in the education and suggest a challenge for future education of learning disabilities. The future of learning disabilities education design should be able to look through the coexistence of universality and particularity, and the students with a variety of educational needs. In addition, through the advanced special education services(U-learning environments, learning disabilities assessment and individualized teaching, re-conceptualization of the research-based interventions, and official development assistance for students with disabilities), future education design for students with learning disabilities could be structured.
