In order to predict changes of the future society, this paper is to review mega- trends in the area of society, technology, economy, environment, and politics as well as micro-trends which has been created by people who have had increasingly diverse needs and characteristics. Based on this, we want to forecast the future changes in the education and suggest a challenge for future education of learning disabilities. The future of learning disabilities education design should be able to look through the coexistence of universality and particularity, and the students with a variety of educational needs. In addition, through the advanced special education services(U-learning environments, learning disabilities assessment and individualized teaching, re-conceptualization of the research-based interventions, and official development assistance for students with disabilities), future education design for students with learning disabilities could be structured.
