본 연구는 TV 매체의 주요요소인 드라마 “미생”의 시청자들이 게재한 댓글 분석을 통해 일상생활 속에서 간접경험을 제공하며 우연적, 상호작용학습의 모습으로 나타나고 있는 일상학습에 관한 의 미를 탐색하고 평생교육적인 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. 일상학습의 의미를 탐색하기 위해서 현상학 적인 방법과 Kolb의 경험학습과정 4단계를 기준으로 4352개의 댓글을 5차례에 걸쳐 동일 게재된 댓글과 일상학습 의미 파악이 어려운 댓글을 삭제하였다. 압축된 1234개의 댓글 자료를 세 명의 연구자가 3차례 반복적으로 교차하여 자료를 분석하고 4개의 학습의미 유형으로 분류하였다. 학습 의미 유형은 즐거움, 공감/이해, 깨달음, 희망/도전의 4단계로 이를 통해 일상학습 의미의 본질을 유추할 수 있었다. 연구결과 드라마 ‘미생’의 시청자들 댓글에 나타난 일상학습의 의미는 일상의 “쉼 표”, 내 인생의 “자습서”, “반추”하며 깨닫기, “미래”를 위한 “한걸음”의 4가지이며, 일상학습 의미의 본질은 “생각의 꼬리 잇기”로 나타났다. 자주 다루어지지 않았던 드라마 매체와 인터넷 댓글이라는 매체를 연구도구로 사용했다는 점에서 평생교육적 의의를 갖고 그에 따른 후속연구를 제안하였다.
This study attempted to find out implications and suggestions on the line of lifelong education which provide indirect experiences in daily life, contingency, and emerging in the figure of the learning interaction as the meaning of daily learning via an analysis of viewers comments on “Miseng” of the drama which is one of the povital elements among the TV medias. To detect the meaning of the daily learning, 4352 comments were analyzed by the phenomenological method and Kolb’s process of the four stages. The identical and unmeaningful comments were deleted by five times repeatedly and selected 1234 comments were examined by three times and three researchers respectively. The data were classified into four categories that is fun, sympathy/understanding, deep insight and desired/challenge, from these data, it was possible to analogize the nature of the meaning of the daily learning. The result was shown four categories such as “daily pauses”, “self-learning manual”, “reflection” and “one step for the future”. The essence of the meaning of the daily learning was emerged clear as the “consecutive thoughts”. This research showed distingtive approach using by the uncommon research tools which is vast comments of the TV and internet, from the point of the view of the life-long education. In this respect, the study offered some suggestions for subsequent and further study.
