본 연구는 사회복지학전공 대학생들의 전공관련 만족도가 사회복지전문직의 정체성 에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하며, 이를 바탕으로 사회복지전문직의 정체성 형성 에 바람직한 사회복지교육의 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 성별에 따른 전공만족도, 자기효 능감, 교육적 실습만족도, 행정적 실습만족도, 지지적 실습만족도, 전반적 실습만족도, 이타성 및 사회복지전문직 정체성의 차이가 통계적으로 유의하지 않았지만, 학년별 및 연령별로 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지현장실습 경험의 유ㆍ무는 사회복지전문직 정체성에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지는 않았다. 셋째, 각 변인 들이 사회복지전문직 정체성에 미치는 영향에서 이타성이 가장 유의한 영향을 미쳤으 며, 자기효능감, 전반적 실습만족도, 전공만족도 순으로 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지학전공 대학생의 사회복지전문직의 정체성을 함양하기 위해서는 이타적인 요인인 사명감이란 동기요인을 강화하기 위해서 사회복지사의 직업의식을 고양시키거 나, ‘사회복지 윤리와 철학’을 전공필수로 하여 철저하게 교육시킬 필요가 있다. 또한 사 회복지현장실습의 교육시간을 확대하거나 실습슈퍼비전을 강화해야 하며, 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 교육과정을 연구하고, 사회복지전공의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 방 안을 강구할 필요가 있다.
This study aims to examine the major related satisfaction on the professional identity of social welfare and provide basic materials in discovering it. With multiple regression analysis the results are summarized as follows. Firstly, there is the static effect to the professional identity of social welfare resulted from the age and the grade but the sex. Secondly, there is not the static effect to the Professional Identity of Social Work resulted from the total volunteer works duration and the field-practicum experience or not. Thirdly, there is the static effect to the professional identity of social welfare resulted from the level of satisfaction with major, the altruism, the self-efficacy, and the general satisfaction with field-practicum. As a result from the received information, it was found that social work students with satisfaction with major, the altruism, the self-efficacy, the general satisfaction with field-practicum lead them to achieve the professional identity of social welfare.
