In this study, we devised a circuit training program with each degree of disability in order
to improve the physical fitness of physical disability student that has very limitedly activity by
severe disability.
This paper deals with the effect appearing in pre and post physical fitness and physical
self-concept analysis, directly applying each leveled program.
To present this analysis, the members of the group consisted of 23 physical disability students
(male 15, female 8). Namely, there were 7 self walkable students, 11 self wheelchair movable
students, 5 self motor-wheelchair movable students. Also this program was performed from 7
April 2014 to 5 December 2015.
According to the paired sample t-test, that is, the effect knowing through the pre and post
physical fitness and physical self-concept, we can find out the meaningfully statistical difference
in the results from cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility,
balance, quick adaptation, and quickness.
The result of this study shows that this analysis was based on a variety of preceding researches,
theories, our experiences and opinions.
