This study examines existing domestic and international researches on the caring for the difficulties that pastor's kids experience. In the domestic area, the articles by Hong In Jong were reviewed. In the international area, Cameron Lee's researches were reviewed. Results indicated: pastors' kids experience crisis of identity confusion mainly due to their parents' unclear boundaries between pastoral business and home ministry. Pastors' dysfunctional parenting attitude and the disharmony between pastors pastoral business and their home ministry were found to be other important areas that pastors' kids struggle with. Care and counseling implications for the difficulties the pastor's kids experience were presented: helping build self-identity in pastor's kids, providing constant encouragement, teaching communication stkills aimed for a healthy self-expression, setting healthy boundaries in the family, and receiving a mentor's help and counseling. Additionally, pastors doing their role of fathers faithfully and parenting their kids with love, praise and encouragement were recommended.
