The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of speech & language therapy teachers. To this end, we surveyed a regular and special school teachers, 120 people of Busan and Gyeongnam. The questionnaire was constructed by dividing speech & language therapy and therapists general perception, perception of the professionalism of speech & language therapy, the need of therapy. Research results showed that teachers with a relatively high perception about speech & language therapy and speech therapists. Also found that a particularly high recognition for the professionalism and the need for that. Many teachers were thinking that needs to be carried out speech therapy for students with disabilities in school. The results of this study speech & language therapy for students with disabilities suggests that there is a need to deviate from the format that is being conducted separately with the school. Therefore, the speech & language therapist can suggest that it is necessary to conduct a systematic language therapy in collaboration with teachers at school setting.
