In previous study, based on related studies, it was proposed to enrich the substance than to enlarge the
size for special education for the gifted. With consenting this suggestion, it was endeavored to develop
substantial elementary mathematics program for the gifted. To achieve this purpose, the following items
were selected. (1) Organize the concept and the characteristics of a spiral line with the review of
references, (2) Analyze the meaning of a spiral line, (3) Find spiral lines in surroundings and nature as
mathematical expression in the dynamic world, (4) Based on above studies, develop the education program
for the gifted, (5) Apply the developed education program and analyze its result. Finally we applied this
program to the 4 gifted students and analysed the results.
