본 연구에서는 초등학생의 감사성향과 자아탄력성이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향력을 비교해 보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 초등학교 4-6학년 399명이었다. 감사성향, 자아탄력성, 주관적 안녕감의 상관관계를 분석하였으며 감사성향과 자아탄력성이 주관적 안녕감에 미 치는 영향력을 비교하고 스트레스 경험 수준에 따른 영향력의 차이를 알아보았다. 연구결 과 첫째, 감사성향과 자아탄력성이 높을수록 주관적 안녕감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또 한 자아탄력성이 높을수록 스트레스 지각 수준은 낮았으며, 감사성향과 주관적 안녕감은 스트레스 수준과 유의한 관계가 없었다. 둘째, 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향력은 감사성 향에 비해 자아탄력성이 보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스트레스 경험수준에 따라 감사 성향과 자아탄력성이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향력에는 차이가 있었다. 스트레스 수준 이 높은 아동의 경우 감사성향과 자아탄력성의 영향력이 비슷하게 작용하였으나 스트레 스 수준이 낮은 아동들에게는 자아탄력성의 영향력이 훨씬 크게 작용하였다. 연구를 통해 초등학생의 감사성향과 자아탄력성은 주관적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 아동의 스 트레스 수준에 따라 차별화된 개입이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 아동 교육 및 연구에 갖는 시 사점에 대해 논의하였다.
The aim of this study was to compare the effects of gratitude disposition and ego-resilience on children's subjective well-being. The subjects were 339 children (4th-6th grade). Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results were as follows: First, subjective well-being was correlated with gratitude disposition and ego-resilience positively. And ego-resilience and subjective well-being were correlated with stress negatively. Second, gratitude disposition and ego-resilience had effect on subjective well-being, but ego-resilience had much stronger effects than gratitude disposition. Third, the effects of gratitude disposition and ego-resilience on subjective well-being were different by stress level. This study showed that gratitude disposition and ego-resilience had positive effects on children's subjective well-being by stress level differently. Finally the implications in education and research for children were discussed.
