본 연구는 경도인지장애 어르신의 인지기능 향상을 위한 학습프로그램의 효과성을 확인하는 연구이다. 경도인지장애에 대한 인지적 접근이 치매로의 이행을 억제할 수 있다는 선행연구 를 기반으로 관련 분야 전문가들에 의해 고안된 인지개입 프로그램을 경도인지장애 확정 어 르신들에게 제공하여 효과성을 확인하였다. 효과성 평가를 위해 기억 범위와 언어 유창성에 대한 반복 측정 결과를 단일체계설계를 사용하였으며, 프로그램의 도입이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 사전사후에 정신상태질문지(MSQ), 삶의 질 척도, 대인관계 척도 점수 를 측정하여 비교하였디. 분석 결과 사례의 상황이나 환경에 따른 차이는 있으나 전반적으로 프로그램의 효과성이 확인되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 경도인지장애 어르신에 대한 인 지학습 프로그램 제공이 사회보장재정의 안정성 확보를 위한 예방적 정책으로 그 의미와 효 과성이 매우 크며 이를 위한 지속적 프로그램 실행을 통한 서비스의 안정화, 그리고 서비스 컨텐츠 고도화를 위한 관련 연구의 지속이 필요함을 함의로 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness of learning program to improve the cognitive function for the elderly with Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI). Based on the preceding study that the cognitive approach on the mild cognitive impairment could restrain implementation to dementia, we offered the cognitive intervention program developed to the elderly with the definite diagnosis on the mild cognitive impairment and confirmed the effectiveness of this program by using the cognitive intervention program developed by the experts in the related field. Single system design was adopted to evaluated the effectiveness of program on the basis of data from repeated measure of memory span and verbal fluency during the program. In order to evaluate the effect of program on quality of life pre- and posttest was done with Mental Status Questionnaire(MSQ), Quality of Life Scale(QLS), and Relationship Change Scale(RCS). On the base of the results, we suggest that providing this program to the elderly with Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI) has much meaning and impact on the prevention policy for stability of social security finance and that related study is required for the stabile service providing and upgrading of program contents.
