본 연구의 목적은 통합학급교사가 인식하는 개별화교육에 대해 학술지 논문을 통해 분석하 고, 그들이 가지고 있는 개별화교육에 대한 인식을 확인하여 그것에 대한 적절한 대안을 제시 하는 것이다. 선정된 총 16편의 연구에서 게재 연도, 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 연구 주제별로 분 류해보고 통합학급교사의 인식을 종합하여 제시하고자 한다. 개별화교육에 대한 논문 중 통합 학급교사의 인식에 대한 연구의 전반적 특성은, 2010년~2012년에 가장 많이 연구 되었으며, 연구의 대상은 유·초등학교가 많았고, 연구방법으로는 조사연구가 많았으며, 연구 주제로는 개별화교육 실행 과정에서의 협력에 관한 주제가 가장 많았다. 내용 분석을 통해 살펴본 바로 는 통합학급교사의 개별화교육에 대한 책무성, 개별화교육계획 작성, 개별화교육 실행 과정에 대한 인식으로 나누어볼 수 있었다. 각 영역에 대한 내용을 분석한 결과, 통합학급교사들은 개별화교육계획과 실행에 책무성은 인식하고 있었으나 개별화교육계획 작성 과정에 대한 전 반적인 내용 인지, 회의 참여율이 낮았다. 그리고 개별화교육 실행 과정에서 역시 통합학급교 사들이 장애학생의 개별화교육을 위해 필요하다고는 인식하였으나 소통이나, 구성원 간 협력 에 어려움이 있다는 결과가 도출되었다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 바탕으로 통합학급교사의 개 별화교육 인식에 관한 논의와 함께 적절한 대안을 모색하여 제언하고자 한다.
The purpose of this review was to analyze studies on individual education recognized by general teachers, verify their recognition and suggest appropriate alternatives. A total of 16 studies were reviewed to year published, classify the objective of the study, the method of the study, and the subject of the study and to investigate the recognition of general teachers. The findings indicated that the participants in most studies were it has been most studied in 2010~2012, and teachers in kindergartens and elementary schools, and the studies were proceeded mostly based on survey research. The subject in most studies were about the individual education courses run. Based on the studies, the recognitions of the general teachers on individual education were categorized into 3 types : (a) responsibility on IE(Individual Education), (b) setting up the plans for IEP(Individual Education Plan), (c) procedures of IE. More specifically, they realized the responsibility on IE while proceeding setting up the IEP, general recognition and participation marked a low rate. The bottom line is that during the procedure, they realized the necessity but showed the difficulty in communication or cooperation among them. Based on this analysis, the discussion and suggestions for future research were provided.
