본 연구의 목표는 중등학교에서 ‘따뜻한 교육공동체’ 형성을 위한 요구분석을 실시함으로써 교육공동체 구축을 위한 시사점을 얻는데 있다. 이를 위해 중등학교 학생과 교사 총 1271명으로부터 ‘따뜻한 교육공동체’가 되기 위해 ‘필요수준정도’와 ‘현재수준정도’를 설문에 응답하도록 하였다. 이를 첫째, t 검증을 통해 바람직한 수준과 현재수준의 차이를 통계적으로 검증하였다. 둘째, Borich의 요구도 공식을 사용하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 셋째, The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 요구도를 좌표평면을 이용하여 제시하였다. 넷째, 이를 종합하여 최우선 순위 항목과 차 우선순위 항목을 도출하였다. 연구결과 학생과 교사에 따라, 중학생과 고등학생에 따라 ‘따뜻한 교육공동체’가 되기 위한 요구항목에 공통점과 차이점이 발견되었다. 공통적으로 발견된 특징은 모든 구성원들이 모두 ‘평등한 기회’를 교육공동체가 되기 위해 개선되어야 할 가장 중요한 요인으로 인식하고 있었다. 그리고 중학생들은 ‘정서적 유대감’이나 ‘따뜻한 관계’와 같은 관계의 개선에 대한 요구가 높은 반면 고등학생들은 ‘심리적 안정감’을 주는 구성원들의 노력이 필요하다는 인식을 하고 있었다. 교사들은 다양한 요인들에 대한 요구가 높은 반면 학생들은 ‘민주적 참여구조’로의 변화를 요구하고 있었다.
The purpose of the study is to conduct the need analysis for establishing ‘Ddadeutan’ educational community of secondary school. For this, data were gathered from total 1271 of students and teachers by asking the degree of current and desirable status of ‘Ddadeutan’ educational community. In the first place, the gap of two statuses was statistically proven by t-test. Second, the order of priority was derived according to ‘Borich model’. Third, the result of need analysis based on The Locus for Focus model was presented in the form of coordinate plane. Using all of these results, top priority and the second priority were determined. The results show that both commons and differences in each group’s need were found. The common thing is that all of the groups recognize ‘equal opportunity’ as the most necessary element to be ‘Ddadeutan’ educational community. The middle school students recognize that human relationship such as ‘emotional bonds’ and worm relationships’ is an important element to be ‘Ddadeutan’ educational community compared to high school students. In the case of high school students, they recognize ‘psychological stability’ as an important element to be ‘Ddadeutan’ educational community. The students recognize ‘democratic participation structure’ as an important element to be ‘Ddadeutan’ educational community compared to the teachers.
