본 연구는 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 상담 사례관리라는 문화적 경험으로서의 의미와 그 과 정을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 위하여 부산광역시의 ‘R 센터’를 이용하는 아동 및 부모, 실무자를 중심으로 문화기술지 연구방법을 사용하여 그들의 경험을 기술, 분석, 해석 해보았다. 연구결과 ‘R 센터’에서의 상담 사례관리 경험이 아동 및 가족과 실무자들에게 ‘센터 에서의 만남과 기대’, ‘센터에서의 좌절에 대한 경험’, ‘좌절을 넘어서는 의미 찾기’, ‘사례관리 후 아동과 가족의 변화’와 같은 반응을 관찰할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 지역아동센터의 이 용 아동과 가족이 상담 사례관리를 통해 많은 문제가 해결되어지고, 그들 스스로 강점을 찾아 가는 모습을 발견할 수 있었으며, 향후 지역아동센터가 추구해야 할 사례관리의 목적과 방향 을 제시하였다.
This study focus on the process and meaning of Counseling case management as a cultural experience in Local Children's Center. For the purpose of attending this study goals this study was performed by qualitative research through ethnography. The subjects of this study were child, their parents and worker of ‘R Center’. The results were as follows. This study found that the subjects report their experience attending Counseling case management as ‘meeting and expectation in the agency’, ‘experience over frustration in agency’, ‘meaning finding against frustration’, ‘family change after case management in child and family’. This study also found that the child and their family solved their problems by using the service, case management, and tried to positive things in their life by themselves. Finally this study suggested some strategy to develop Local Children's Center.
