본 연구에서는 한국형 여가중독 척도를 임상현장에서 사용하기 위한 평가기준을 개발하는 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 의도적 표집방법을 활용하여 서울, 경기, 인천, 충북, 강원 지역의 8개 대학교에서 1600부를 수집하였다. 이중 불성실한 답 변, 결측치가 존재하는 설문 등 374부를 제외한 1226부가 분석에 활용되었다. 본 연구에서 한국형 대학생 여가중독 척도는 내성 3문항, 집착 3문항, 금단 3문항, 일상생활장애 3문항, 여가동반의존 3문항, 여가중복중독 3문항, 총 6요인 18문항 으로 구성되었고, 타당도를 다면적으로 검증하기 위해 확인적 요인분석, 개념신뢰 도, 개념의 판별타당도를 실시한 결과, 타당도가 검증되었다. 한국형 대학생 여가 중독 척도의 평가기준은 총합 기준 31점 이상은 여가중독군으로, 27점 이상에서 31점 미만은 잠재적 위험군으로, 27점 미만은 일반참여자군으로 개발되었다. 이러 한 연구결과는 대학생의 문제행동을 조기에 파악할 수 있음으로써 대학생 정신건 강증진을 위한 교육과 연구에 기여할 것이다. 또한 여가중독 관련 연구의 대상자 선정 기준에서도 활용할 수 있다.
This study aims to verify validity of Korea-model leisure addiction scale in order to use it for university students and to develop valuation criteria to use in clinical field. 1,600 questionnaires were collected from 8 universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Chungbuk, and Gangwon area. 1,226 copies were used for analysis except 374 questionnaires including unfaithful responses and missing value. This study is composed 18 items with 6 factors as follows; 3 items of tolerance, 3 items of obsession, 3 items of withdrawal, 3 items of disturbance of daily living, 3 items of leisure co-dependency, and 3 items of leisure overlapping addiction. Confirmatory factor analysis, construct validity, and discriminant validity were conducted in order to have multi-phase verification of validity. Valuation criteria of Korea model leisure addiction scale for university students are developed as below; leisure addiction group for beyond total 31 points, potential risk group for over 27 points to less than 31 points, and general participant group for less than 27 points. Such research result will contribute to education and study for improvement of university students' health by grasping their problem behavior in its early stage. In addition, it can be utilized to select objects for study of leisure addiction.
