연구목적 본 연구는 통계청의 건강보험공단 통계자료를 이용하여 2011년 65세 이상 노인의 다빈도 상병을 분석 하였으며, 향후 노인을 대상으로 한 정책 수립 및 집행에 기본 자료가 되기 위해 연구하였다. 연구방법 통계청 질병 분류별 급여현황을 이용한 노인의 다빈도 상병을 입원과 외래로 각각 분류하였으며, 진료 인원, 내원일수, 진료비, 2010년 대비 진료 인원 증감률 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과 65세 이상 노인 환자의 다빈도 상병을 입원과 외래로 분류하여 조사하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 보 였다. 첫째, 입원에서 진료인원은 백내장 및 수정채 장애가, 내원일수와 진료비용, 2010년 대비 증감률 에서 모두 치매가 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 외래에서 진료인원과 진료비용은 본태성 고혈 압이, 내원일수는 배병증, 2010년 대비 증감률에서는 기관지 및 세기관지염이 가장 높은 것으로 분석 되었다. 결론 65세 이상 노인 환자의 다빈도 상병을 현황으로, 백내장, 치매, 본태성 고혈압, 배병증 등이 다빈도 상 병으로 분석되었다. 따라서, 노인에 대한 정책 수립 시 다빈도 상병에 대한 자료를 확인해야 할 것이 고, 고령자 정책에 대한 수립 및 집행에 기본 자료로 사용할 수 있을 것이다.
Objective : In Korea, the elderly population and the prevalence of diseases has increased rapidly. The purpose of this study is intended to be the basic data by analysis of the common diseases in elderly Koreans, and to establish and enforce a policy for the elderly. Methods : From January, 2011 to December, 2011, we searched through The Korea National Statistical Office data. Common diseases were analyzed by the real patients, visit days, medical expenses, and 2010 year-on-year growth in Out Patient Department and admission. Results : 1. Admission : Cataract and disorders of lens real patients, the most common. visit days, medical costs, and growth of real patients from 2010year was Dementia is the highest. 2. Out Patient Department : Essential Hypertension real patients and medical expenses are the highest. visit days is dorsopathies, and growth of real patients from 2010year was bronchitis is the highest. Conclusion : This study clarifies the magnitude of the common diseases. we will need to expansion the basic data for the elderly policy formulation and enforcement.
