본 연구의 목적은 프로젝트 접근법을 활용한 유아 창의성교육 프로그램을 개발하고 효과성 을 검증하는데 있다. 유아 창의성교육 프로그램은 일차적으로 문헌고찰, 누리과정 지도서 분 석, 현장교사의 요구도 파악을 통해 시안을 구성하고 전문가 적절성 검토를 통해 최종 프로그 램을 구성하였다. 프로젝트 접근법을 활용한 유아 창의성교육 프로그램의 목표는 유아의 창의 성 증진과 문제해결력 함양에 있으며, 교육내용은 생활주제와 유아의 생활과 흥미에 근거하여 ‘다리’, ‘야구’, ‘물 사랑’, ‘세종대왕’의 4개 주제, 총 32개의 활동을 선정하였다. 교수학습방법은 대소집단활동 및 실외활동, 자유선택활동을 통해 프로그램이 실시되었고, 유아주도형 학습, 그 리고 창의성 기법을 활용하여 토의 중심으로 진행하도록 구성하였다. 평가방법은 프로그램 진 행 과정에서 유아들의 반응에 대한 관찰, 활동목표와 내용, 교수학습방법 등에 대한 전체적인 과정에 대한 평가가 이루어지도록 구성되었다. 이렇게 구성된 프로그램을 부산 S유치원의 만 5세 유아 각각 20명을 실험집단과 비교집단으로 선정하여 프로그램을 실시하고 효과성을 검 증한 결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 프로젝트 접근법을 활용한 유아 창의성교육 프로그램은 유아 의 창의성을 증진시키는데 긍정적인 효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다.
