본 연구는 기업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 진행된 창의력 개발 프로그램이 조직 구성원의 창의력 향 상에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 기업의 성과 창출을 위한 창의력 교육과정 개발에 시사점을 제시하 는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 삼성그룹 경력사원 300명을 3개 그룹으로 나누어 실험을 실 시하고, 각 집단별로 교육과정이 완료된 한달 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사도구는 대학생 및 성 인을 위한 일상적 창의성도구와 문제해결 측정 도구를 사용하였으며, χ², t 검정과 일원분산분석 을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 기업의 창의력 개발 프로그램 적용이 조직의 창의력과 문제해결능 력 향상에 많은 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인되었다. 또한, 성별, 나이, 근무기간, 학력 등 개인의 특 성이 개인의 창의력에 영향을 주지 않는다는 것도 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 프로그램 유형에 따라 창의력 향상도가 다르다는 사실이 확인되었다. 전반적으로 통합적 사고기법을 적용한 집단이 상대 적으로 높았다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 다른 집단보다 통합적 사고기법을 적용한 집단의 문제해결능력이 상대적으로 높다는 것이 확인되었다. 결국, 조직 구성원의 창의력 향상을 위해서는 통합적 사고기법을 기반으로 한 프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 특히, 학습기간 확대와 반복적 적용을 통해 창의성에 대한 의식과 태도를 갖게 하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 창 의력 개발 프로그램이 조직의 성과에 기여하기 위해서는 각 직무별 필요 영역에 따라 교육과정을 차별화하고, 현장 업무와의 연계가 필요하며, 특정 분야에 대한 내ㆍ외재적 동기부여를 줄 수 있는 지식탐구 과정과 실습과제가 필요하다는 것을 본 연구를 통해 확인할 수 있었다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the existing creativity development programs on the improvement of the creativity of the members targeting the professionals working in companies and present the implications in the creative curriculum development for the creation of corporate performance. In order to resolve the research problem, 300 employees of Samsung Group were divided into three groups to be experimented with and after a week of the completion of the course, each group was given the survey questions to be conducted. The research tools were everyday creativity tools for university students and adults and troubleshooting measurement tools. Additionally, it was analyzed through using the statistical techniques such as χ², t test, one-way ANOVA, and others. First, it was confirmed that the application of the creativity development program has a great effect on the improvement of the organizational's creativity and problem solving skills. However, it was concluded that personal characteristics, such as gender, age, the period of they have worked, and academic background do not affect an individual's creativity. Secondly, it was confirmed that depending on the program type, the creativity improvement rate was different. Generally, the group applied with the integrated thinking method was relatively higher but the importance of period of application of the program and the iterative learning which were presented by the previous studies were confirmed. Third, it was verified that the problem solving skills were higher in the group applied with an integrated approach of thinking.
