본 연구는 유치원 교사의 교수효능감 및 교수창의성이 행복에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하 였다. 두 가지 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원 교사의 교사효능감 및 교수창의성과 행 복 간의 관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 유치원 교사의 교사효능감 및 교수창의성이 행복에 미치는 상대적 영향은 어떠한가? 유치원 교사 355명을 대상으로 교사효능감, 교수창의성, 행복 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 기술통계 및 Pearson의 적률상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시 하였다. 연구결과는 유치원 교사의 교사효능감, 교수창의성, 행복의 전체 및 모든 하위 요인 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사의 교사 효능감 및 교수창의성은 행복에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 교사효능 감과 교수창의성은 유치원 교사의 행복에 중요한 변인으로 볼 수 있다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among kindergarten teacher efficacy, instructional creativity and happiness. Two research questions were posed: 1. How do teacher efficacy and instructional creativity affect happiness in kindergarten teachers? 2. What is the relative influence of kindergarten teacher efficacy and instructional creativity on happiness? The participants of this study were 355 kindergarten teachers. They completed the survey questionnaire composed of the teacher efficacy scale, instructional creativity scale and happiness scale. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s alpha, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression. We found significant correlations among kindergarten teacher efficacy, instructional creativity and happiness. Second, both teacher efficacy and instructional creativity were observed to affect the happiness of kindergarten teachers. Our findings suggest that teacher efficacy and instructional creativity are critical variables that influence the happiness of kindergarten teachers.
