In this paper it is searched the difference between modern moral theory, especially Utilitarianism and Kantian Ethics from Virtue ethics. Modern moral theories are consist of a system with valuation of Act, but Virtue ethics is first focused on evaluation of Agent. So we need to clarify the difference of forms and contents of these theories. Modern moral theories offer other acts which are contrary to each other and guide us other ways. Their results in act-evaluation are not united one, confusions in moral discussion get deeper, not stoped. I think, as virtue ethicists think, moral system in Ethics makes the contrary and confusion deeper. Moral system is crucial one of causes of confusions in Ethics. Therefore we should free ourself from moral system in order to be not confusions in Ethics. It is meant we should accept virtue concept in Ethical theory and be first interested in it. Therefore It is explained by some features of virtue ethics while it is overcome over some kind of defects in act-guidance.
