본 연구는 전문상담교사, 학교행정가, 상담교수 간 전문상담교사 직무에 대한 인식의 차이 를 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전문상담교사 직무관련 선행연구를 정리하고, 전문상담교사 들과의 면접을 통해 전문상담교사의 직무 설문지 초안을 구성하고, 전문상담교사 30명, 학교 행정가 10명, 그리고 상담교수 20명을 대상으로 각 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연 구결과, 학교상담의 정의, 학교상담의 목적, 전문상담교사의 직무, 학교상담 지원방안, 학교상 담의 내담자 보호 영역에서 전문상담교사의 직무가 도출되었다. 또한 전문상담교사, 학교행정 가, 상담교수 간의 학교상담 정의, 학교상담지원방안, 학교상담의 내담자보호 영역 등에서 인 식의 차이가 나타났다. 전문상담교사가 직무를 원활하게 수행하기 위해서는 학교상담의 정의 와 목적을 점검하고, 행정 책임자의 관심과 참여를 기반으로 하는 지원이 필요하며, 내담자 보호방안 또한 명확히 해야 한다는 연구참여자들의 의견을 얻을 수 있었다. 이런 결과를 기 초로 전문상담교사 직무와 학교상담에 시사하는 바를 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in recognition of school counseling teacher, counseling administrator and counseling professor on job of school counseling teacher. For this purpose, it was summarized previous studies related to the job of school counseling teacher. Through interviews with school counseling teachers, it was prepared a questionnaire for the job of school counseling teachers. 30 school counseling teachers, 20 counseling professors, and 10 school administrators participated in the delphi survey of three times. The results of this study are as follows. The definition of school counseling, the purpose of school counseling, the job of school counseling teacher, school counseling support system, protecting the clients of school counseling were derived. In addition, there were differences in perceptions among school counseling teacher, school administrators and counseling professor in the definitions of school counseling, school counseling support system, protecting the clients of school counseling. In order for school counseling teacher to perform their jobs smoothly, the participants suggested that it is necessary to examine the definition and purpose of school counseling. The participants suggested that the support based on the interest and participation of the administrative officer is needed. the participants suggested to clarify how to protect their clients. Based on these results, they were discussed the implications of the job of the school counselor teacher and school counseling.
