이 연구의 목적은 ICT기반의 미래 학교를 실제 운영하기 위한 전 단계로서 초·중등 단위학 교의 설립과 운영에 관한 설계를 구상하고, 이를 바탕으로 미래 학교에 필요한 교원 교육에의 시사점을 제안하는데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 관련 선행연구를 탐색하고 전문가 델파 이 기법을 활용하여 각각 초, 중, 고등학교별로 도출하여 ICT기반의 미래학교 설계구상을 제시 하고자 한다. 도출된 델파이 문항은 전문가 협의회를 거친 다음에 문항의 타당성을 담보하기 위해 28명의 전문가 패널을 대상으로 2차례에 걸쳐 수정, 보완이 이루어져 최종적으로 ICT기 반의 미래 학교 설계 구상안의 핵심 영역으로 확정하였다. 연구 결과, 미래의 초등학교 설계 방안은 인구 감소와 고령 사회로의 빠른 진입으로 유아 및 아동 대상 내수시장 침제, 경제활동 인구와 숙련 노동인구의 감소 및 고령화, 학령기 인구의 감소로 학교급 별 급격한 구조조정이 요구되는 미래사회의 특징을 반영하여 평생교육 시스템을 도입한 학교 구상안이다. 미래의 중 학교는 과학기술의 발전과 함께 세계가 보다 개방화되고 세계화를 겪게 되어 우리나라를 비롯 한 모든 나라에서 글로벌 문화가 확대되고, 또한 우리나라의 다민족 및 다문화 사회로의 변화 가 가속화 되며, 이로 인한 학교 현장의 변화를 반영한 학교이다. 미래의 고등학교는 글로벌화 가 심화되어 외국인들의 유입과 다문화 학생이 증가한 미래사회 및 학교 현장의 변화를 반영 하고, 직업사회의 변화 및 생활환경의 변화에 대응하며, 서로 다른 의견과 배경을 가진 사람들 을 이해하고 협력할 수 있도록 하는 교육을 추구한다. 결국, 이 연구의 결과는 정부가 향후 추 진하고자 하는 ICT기반의 미래 학교를 실제 운영하기 위한 전 단계의 정책 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것이고 미래의 교원교육 정책의 시사점을 제공하리라고 기대한다.
The purpose of this study is to draw design for the establishment and operation of an ICT-based future eiementary-secondary school. This study is a preliminary step to offer implication of teacher education required for an ICT-based future school. In order to accomplish the purpose, this study explores the background of an ICT-based future school and provides design for an ICT-based future elementary, middle, high School using the delphi method. This researcher drew Questionnaires for delphi survey through the expert conference, conducted two times of delphi survey for 28 expert panels so as to verify validity, confirmed key domains on design for ICT-based future school finally through the revision and supplementation. The result of this study, ICT-based future school have the characteristics as follows. First, the design of future elementary school introduces life-long learning system reflecting the feature of the future society, which includes domestic market downturn related to the infant and child caused by population decline and the rapid entry of an aging society, reduction of economic activity and skilled workforce and aging, and reduction in the school-age population. Second, the design of future middle school reflects school’s change with the expansion of global culture in all countries including Korea thanks to the development of science and technology and with acceleration into a multicultural society. Third, the design of future high school reflects future society and school with increase the inflow of foreigners and muticultural students, responds to changes in occupation and the living conditions, and pursues education that allows you to understand people with different opinions and background and collaborate with them. So, ICT-based future school drawn in this study should be applied as basic data for a preliminary step to prepare to build and run an ICT-based future school.
